■ Products

Our sound libraries run on the Kontakt platform from Native Instruments.

NKS-enabled products (KOTO 17, KOTO 20, SANSHIN, and KABUKI & NOH PERCUSSION 96k MASTER EDITION) will work with the free Kontakt Player and on Komplete Kontrol.

NKI products (SHO, SHAKUHACHI, TSUGARU SHAMISEN, and KOTO 13) require the full paid version of Kontakt.

You can install and use your purchased sound libraries on up to two computers at a time.

You are welcome to use our samples in your own music. Please see the Sonica Instruments End User License Agreement for details.

No. Product licenses cannot be transferred or reassigned.

■ Downloads and Installations

The installation process varies depending on the product. Refer to the instructions below for your product.

KOTO 17 and KOTO 20 and SANSHIN and KABUKI & NOH PERCUSSION 96k

You can re-download your libraries at any time if you have lost your library data due to replacing computers or some other hardware issue.

KOTO 17 and KOTO 20

Download the library with Native Access. Log into your NI account where the product has been activated and download the library from the Not Installed page.

SANSHIN, KABUKI & NOH PERCUSSION 96k, SHO,SHAKUHACHI, TSUGARU SHAMISEN, and KOTO 13

Download the library with either Continuata Connect or Continuata Conduct. Enter the download code you received at the time of purchase and download the library.

You can change the storage location of NKS-enabled products (KOTO 17, KOTO 20, SANSHIN, and KABUKI & NOH PERCUSSION 96k MASTER EDITION) at any time. See the Native Instruments Support page for details.

The procedure above is not necessary for NKI products (SHO, SHAKUHACHI, TSUGARU SHAMISEN, and KOTO 13). For these products, after moving the library, open the new library location in Kontakt.

■ Online Store

If you do not receive a confirmation email after a few minutes, it may have been directed to your spam or junk folder or the email address may have been entered incorrectly.

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email or if you entered an incorrect address, please contact us at our support address (instruments@sonica.jp).

We accept major credit cards and PayPal payments.

Click the Lost your password? link to reset your password. A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.

Click on the link in the email message and enter your new password on the Reset Password page.

You can update your registered information after logging in on the My Account page.

You can change your email address and password on the Account details page and your shipping address on the Address page.

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not accept returns after purchase.

Note that this policy extends to accidental duplicate purchases.
