Communication fees incurred while downloading products

Due to the digital nature of the products, which are distributed by means of a digital download and serial code, products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Notwithstanding the provision above, we may offer a refund in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, provided that the purchaser contacts us within eight days after the purchase and all of the conditions below are met.

• The product has not been authorized with the Add Serial function in Native Access.
• The product data have not been downloaded.
• It is possible for us to establish that the two conditions above are satisfied within eight days after the purchase.
